We undertook a study on the optimal staffing levels at a professional services firm and built a tool to determine optimal bidding and staffing strategies for a job based on estimates of price-sensitivity and optimally resourcing the job.

Our toolkit allows the firm to do workforce analytics to determine the optimal level of utilization by speciality.
